    1 - 90 minute intro session

    This is where we will take a deep dive and get to know what is causing your burnout. We will assess your symptoms of burnout, strengths & weaknesses, and set realistic goals that will target your specific needs - but without causing more burnout! We will develop a personalized protocol, creating a foundation that will ensure your success no matter how crazy life will get.

  • Implement

    6 - In-depth coaching calls (every other week)

    This is where we really get into the protocol and apply personalized assessment, tools, instruction, feedback and resources for guaranteed success. Depending on what’s needed, we may focus on areas like recovery, and healthy routine building; setting and maintaining boundaries; priority setting and time management; thought work around limiting beliefs; increasing awareness and resiliency to inevitable challenges; nervous system regulation.

  • Integrate

    3 - email follow-ups (between each coaching call)

    We will be keeping in regular contact - to give you added support between coaching calls! Here we can review progress toward your goals, provide accountability, clarification, resources and address any concerns as they come up. You will get to work at your own pace and integrate the protocol in a way that supports you best.

We will be focusing on your goals/needs and combining resources to find what best aligns with you for maximum benefit and longterm success. After all, I am the expert in burnout recovery but you are the expert of you!

How do I schedule?

At your convenience, you can schedule online. I recommend calls every 2 weeks to keep you on track with your goals. Once the protocol is purchased, you will have credits to use to schedule your calls so that they fit best with your life.

What about between calls?

I am available between coaching via email where clarification and accountability will ensure your progress along the way. I will respond to up to 3 email messages between each coaching session.
